ETT Wrap Show Ep.10

Tyler returns to the podcast as we celebrate our 10th episode. That’s right! Thee ETT Wrap Show turns 10 weeks old today. We discuss a variety of topics on today’s show including Zone 2/aerobic training, cryotherapy, optimizing our meat suits, and both of us proclaim our love for Dr. Rhonda Patrick. Make sure you welcome Tyler back AND leave us some comments or questions that we can address in an upcoming episode. Don’t forget to follow Elemental Training Tampa on Instagram & Twitter at @ETTampa.

ETT Wrap Show Ep.9

Tyler went on injured reserve earlier in the week, leaving me with the responsibility of finding a guest co-host. Luckily, I happen to be engaged to a knowledgeable, quick-witted, well-spoken young lady who was more than happy to co-host this week’s ETT Wrap Show. Shannon and I discuss HIIT workouts, Muay Thai kickboxing, my personal weight-loss story and a controversial newspaper article about obesity. If you have any comments, concerns or questions about the topics brought up on this week’s episode, or any episode, leave a comment below. Also, check out Shannon’s lifestyle blog at Talk to you next week!

ETT Wrap Show Ep.8

I start off this week’s episode describing my recent increase in jiu-jitsu training which quickly leads to our recap of Conor McGregor’s & Holly Holm’s shocking defeats at UFC 196. We also discuss new prospective ETT personal training clients, the nutritional benefits of grass-fed meat and why we need to start eating insects. Those are just a few of the topics discussed on this week’s ETT Wrap Show. We want it! We need it! We crave your feedback so please leave a comment below. Thanks!

ETT Wrap Show Ep.7

This week we have a very unique episode. We find out what happens when you mix delicious Girl Scout cookies with a high intensity workout. Tyler gives the play-by-play of Nick’s attempt to burn off several cookies in the shortest time possible. Battle ropes, bodyweight squats, and more on this week’s episode of the ETT Wrap Show. Wanna contribute to the podast?
